questions we get when renting vintage items.

How do I reserve my items?

Start by browsing through our collection.  Since most our
pieces are one of a kind, you will want to reserve the
items you love as early as possible.  We want everything
to be available on your special day.  After you have
decided which pieces you love most, we ask for a 50%
non-refundable payment along with a signed contract.  The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.  

What if I don't see exactly what I'm looking for on the website?  
Girl!  Get in touch with us!  We may have it in our inventory already.  It just hasn't been photographed yet.  If not, we may be able to source it for you.  

Do have a minimum requirement?
Short story: Yes. For large events, when reserving your items, we have a minimum order requirement of $400.  Since every bride is different and every wedding is unique, all quotes are custom tailored just for you.  Please contact us for a quote today!  For small gatherings, parties, and will call pick up, we have a $150 minimum order requirement. We do allow non- furniture rentals for pick up and return by appointment only.  These are done on a case by case basis. Transportation must be pre-approved. Can I change my order or add to my list after I book?
Heck yes!  As long as the pieces are available, you are welcome to change your order for items equal to or greater than your original order.  All additional add-ons will require the same 50% non-refundable deposit.  

What are your rental rates?
Our rental packages are tailored just for you. This is done so you have greater flexibility to mix and match.  We love helping you with the details and can put together packages that fit your style and price point! Send us an email with the items you love and we will be happy to send you a custom quote. 

Can you deliver? 
Again... Heck yes!  Our delivery fees are based on the distance traveled, the size of the order, and the amount of muscle we have to bring with us.  

See... What had happened was...
Accidents happen! No matter how careful we are, they happen.  At the time you book your rentals,  we require a credit card be kept on file.   All spills or stains that are able to be cleaned professionally; we only bill for those services.  For any items that are unrepairable or unreturned you will be charge for 5X's the daily rental rate.  

I want a vintage wedding, but I'm not sure I can pull it all

together. Can you help?
Absolutely!  We offer styling services for an additional fee.  We can set up a mock area just for you at our warehouse.  Love vintage but not sure if you have enough time on your big day to set up? We can help with that too.  Email us today!
